We are providing a way to guarantee inventory, pricing and promotions, this is something most dealerships fail to do. We are experimenting with providing conveniences and re-assurances to the consumers.
We are not here to displace or replace the dealership. We are offering a different way of buying a Black Series travel trailer. We are completely online and offer a guarantee with our services. Too often dealerships and brokers do not honor or even know to offer the customer a promotional sale price, gift or discount. Here we honor anything and everything the Black Series manufacture offers through the offer period. If Black Series offers a gift for a 2 week period with every sale we offer the same gift for the same period of time. The difference, with us, for you to lock in the price or gift, you only have to submit your deposit.
This is how it works. We frequently update our inventory according to the actual warehouse inventory. All our campers are brand-new from the factory floor. Our deposit policy locks in the price of the trailer and any promotional items displayed on our website and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The amount of the deposit depends strictly on when your want to take delivery of the trailer. Delivery schedules range from 30 days to 6 months. We ask that you give us at least 30 days to have your trailer ready for shipment or pick up at the warehouse.
Currently our deposit rates are as follows.
If we fail to meet the deadline and you no longer wish to take possession of the trailer we will refund your deposit.
If is the responsibility of the buyer to apply for credit or bring their own financing to complete the transaction and take delivery. Once funding of the trailer is verified the manufacture warehouse will release the trailer for delivery for pick up or transport to the buyer. Once the transport company picks up the trailer the transaction is complete.
We can deliver anywhere in the continental United States. As long as there is reasonable road access for our transportation service. Our transporter will determine if the location for delivery is safe and reasonable.
We will lock in flat rate shipping of $3000 to anywhere in the continental United States.
We secure all deposits through Paypal and accept all major credit cards.

Once your deposit has been submitted we will send you a invoice and assign you are Black Series Sales person within 5 business days. The Black Series Manufacture Rep will handle all the paper work for you to take delivery of your trailer. As soon as a trailer that you ordered becomes available within the delivery date window, your account at BlackSeriesCamperforsale.com will be updated with VIN and Serial number and advise you if you can take delivery earlier then your requested delivery date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to secure funding for the purchase of the trailer before the end of the delivery date. Delivery date can not be extended only shortened if the buyer chooses to take delivery earlier then requested. If the buyer can not secure funding or if a loan application is not approved, deposit will not be refunded.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please take the time to make sure you are ready to purchase a Black Series Camper. Deposits can only be refunded if we do not make available a trailer during the selected window of time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to secure funds to complete the purchase through Black Series Camper Inc. Your deposit will be deducted from the final price, this amount will be shown in your invoice.
